2x Porterhouse Sirloin Steaks
Porterhouse is a beautiful cut for those who enjoy their steak a little leaner. Porterhouse is best served medium rare to medium (4 – 5 mins each side). Rest for at least 10 mins with foil over the top to allow for juices to settle back into the meat.
These steaks will be a minimum of 250g each and come to you in a bag with approximately 3 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator.
