1kg of fresh frozen grass fed beef chuck bones. These are the best for bone broth and stocks because of the cartilage between the vertebra and the large amount of meat on the bone. These bones do not have soft marrow inside.

All frozen products will come to you in a separate box to your fresh produce, this box will contain 2x ice packs to keep frozen during transportation. The ice packs can be cut open and emptied down the sink and the plastic put into recycling, or better still reused! You will also receive a liner in this box which can be disposed of in general waste.
