Beef Osso Bucco
Amazing flavour and rich marrow! Our beef, from Australia's South-Eastern regions, has no added hormones or non-therapeutic antibiotics.
Sear the osso on the stove top in a cast iron casserole dish, then slow braise with your favourite veggies in stock for a minimum of 3 hrs.
Your osso bucco will be a minimum of 750g and come to you in a sealed bag with with approximately 10 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult.
