This mince is 85-90% lean beef to 15-10% fat, which means it retains its moisture and is perfect for bolognese or burgers! There are many ways to cook mince but essentially, it needs to be browned off in a pan or pot for around about 10 minutes.

It comes to you with approximately 24 hours shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Your mince can be frozen for around 2-3 months. Our beef, from Australia's South-Eastern regions, has no added hormones or non-therapeutic antibiotics.
