Scotch Roast

Free range, grass fed beef from Australia's South East, no added hormones or non-therapeutic antibiotics - a flavoursome and tender cut! Rub with salt and olive oil, then bake for 40 mins per kilo on 180C (but no more than 1 hour 20 mins).

Rest before carving. Your scotch roast will come to you vacuum sealed with a approximately 10 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator.
