Ham Hock

Free range pork, cured and smoked to perfection in our own smokehouse. This ham hock will weigh a minimum of 600g and come to you vacuum sealed with approximately 10 days shelf life.

Throw into a soup to give it a sublime depth of flavour, richness and smoke. Braise in soup for at least two hours then remove, allow to cool, then shred the meat from the bone.

Free range pork (92%), Water, Salt, Sugar, Mineral Salts (451, 452), Antioxidant (316), Hydrolysed Maize Protein, Flavour Enhancer (635), Sodium Nitrite (250), Vegetable Oils. Gluten free.
