Chicken Enchiladas
Delicious free range chicken enchiladas: tortillas filled with diced breast fillet, chunky Mexican salsa, shredded tasty cheese, light sour cream, taco seasoning, diced red capsicum, corn kernels, black beans, finely diced red onion and coriander. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180C.
Your enchiladas will come to you wrapped on a biodegradable tray. They will have a shelf life of 3 months when kept in the freezer or 1-2 days in the fridge. Our chicken is certified free range and has no added hormones or non-therapeutic antibiotics.
