Lamb Rack

Bake in the oven for 20 mins on 200c. Rest for 15 minutes covered in foil before slicing into cutlets and serving. Your lamb rack will be a minimum of 550g and come to you vacuum sealed with approximately 10 days of shelf life. Allow four cutlets per adult.

Our grass-fed lamb is raised under high welfare conditions and comes from South-Eastern Australia.
