Lamb Shanks

Your lamb shanks will come to you vacuum sealed with approximately 7 days shelf life.

Slow cook your lamb shanks in a casserole for four hours or oven bake for four hours on 140C. Allow one shank per person for smaller appetites and two shanks for larger appetites. Our grass-fed lamb is raised under high welfare conditions and comes from South-Eastern Australia.

Our lamb has no added hormones or non-therapeutic antibiotics and comes from healthy, happy well looked-after animals.
