Lamb Mince
Your lamb mince will come to you fresh in a 500g bag with a shelf life of approximately 24 hours when kept in the refrigerator. Your mince can be frozen for 2-3 months.
There are many ways to cook mince but essentially, it needs to be browned off in a pan or pot for around about 10 minutes.
Our grass-fed lamb is raised under high welfare conditions and comes from South-Eastern Australia.
