Italian Casalinga Sausage
All of our sausages contain the finest free range meats available and are made in-house using natural hog casings. They all contain the perfect ratio of meat to fat (80:20 respectively). With traditional Italian spices, free range pork, and a hint of parmesan - there's nothing quite like a good snaga!
Pan fry or BBQ until they appear to be evenly brown and sizzly. Around about 10 minutes. These sausages are sold in packs of 6 and will be a minimum of 500g. They come to you in a biodegradable tray with an approximate shelf life of 3 days.
