Pork cutlets can be slow pan fried for about seven minutes each side (low heat). They are also great when pan fried (hot) for about one minute each side, then placed in the oven for 20 minutes on 180C.
Your pork cutlets will come to you in a bag with approximately 3 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator.
