Pork Back Ribs
Your choice of plain or Sticky Maple. Our pork has no added hormones or non-therapeutic antibiotics and comes from healthy, happy and well looked-after animals.
Bake at 150C for one hour covered in foil, then uncover and cook for a further one hour. Finger licking good!
