Traditional BBQ Sausages
All of our sausages contain the finest free range meats available and are made in-house using natural hog casings.
They all contain the perfect ratio of meat to fat (80:20 respectively). With a perfectly balanced blend of free range, grass fed and finished beef and lamb, with delicate traditional spices, there's nothing quite like a good snaga! Pan fry or BBQ until they appear to be evenly brown and sizzly. Around about 10 minutes.
These sausages are sold in packs of six and will be a minimum of 600g. They come to you in a biodegradable tray with a minimum shelf life of 3 days.
