Fresh, wild caught local flathead from sustainably managed Victorian fisheries. Flathead is a mild and versatile fish that's popular with kids and adults alike. Cook in a medium-hot pan for around four minutes each side. When cooked the flathead should be easy to break apart.

Your flathead will come to you in a bag with approximately 1-2 days shelf life.
