A beautiful free range grass fed and finished beef roast - great for those looking for a slow roast of beef!

Preheat your oven to 150C then roast the beef for about 4-6 hours on 150C. Your chuck roast will come to you in a vacuum sealed bag with a self life of approximately 7 days when kept in the fridge.
