Cannings Kew is our flagship store - boasting a large production space and a woodsmoking oven - Kew is where all of Canning’s signature bacon and ham is cooked. Opened in 2014 Cannings Kew is now home to a legion of butchers and run by Paul.

Oscar

As well as being a qualified butcher and the store manager of our largest store, Oscar is also a fully qualified chef and has worked in some of Melbourne's most prestigious restaurants. Oscar's calm and level headed temperament serves him well as things move very fast at Kew. When he's not thinking about how to make the his store a better place to work, he's busy renovating his vintage caravan and being Dad of the Year to his two young children.
