Cannings is and always has been an ethos driven business. Our ‘Free Range or Nothing’ philosophy champions high welfare meat consumption as an ethical option yielding better results for nutrition and the environment.
As a B Corp Certified Business (Australia’s only butcher to hold this certification!) it’s integral to our mission to demonstrate our commitment to local communities and the environment. We support Animal Welfare Organizations and local nonprofits with regular donations, and all of our store locations are Carbon Neutral (using renewable energy and offsetting unavoidable impacts through reforestation & biodiversity initiatives.)
