Rustic beef casserole & stewing cut ideal for slow cooking.

Our chuck steak need to be slow cooked, preferably in a stock or sauce of some kind, for a minimum of 3 hours on low heat. 10 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Allow 200 - 250g of meat per adult.

Our beef has no added hormones or non-therapeutic antibiotics and comes from healthy, happy well looked-after animals.
