Beef Short Ribs
Our beef, from Australia's South-Eastern regions, has no added hormones or non-therapeutic antibiotics. Short ribs can be slow baked or braised. They need an absolute minimum of two hours. Best when cooked for four – six hours in a stock. stock.
These short ribs will be a minimum of 1kg and come to you in a bag with approximately 10 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult.
