Tender, juicy and flavoursome - one of the most delicious cuts of lamb there is.

Your 6 lamb cutlets will weigh a minimum of 450g. While 10 cutlets will weigh a minimum of 800g and come to you in a bag with approximately 3 days shelf life. Best on the pan for about 5 mins each side, medium heat.

Our grass-fed lamb is raised under high welfare conditions and comes from South-Eastern Australia.
