Free range, grass-fed boneless lamb loin from Australia's South East. One of the very best cuts of lamb! Choose from either a plain noisette or a sweet and herby rosemary and mint glaze. This roast will come to you vacuum sealed with a shelf life of 10 days when kept in the refrigerator. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes at 180C.
