Pork Neck Scotch
Pork scotch fillet is amazing for pulled pork (wrapped in foil then baked for 4 hours on 120c), or diced up and cooked in a curry or casserole.
It’s a slow cooking meat that will be amazing when cooked for two hours. Your pork scotch fillet will weigh a minimum of 1kg and come to you vacuum sealed with a shelf life of approximately 10 days. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult.
