Rib-Eye Steak
Rib eyes are the ultimate sharing steak. Best served medium. Sear for 2 mins each side, then 15 – 20 mins in oven on 180C.
This steak will be a minimum of 600g and come to you in a vacuum sealed bag with approximately 10 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator.
Our beef, from Australia's South-Eastern regions, has no added hormones or non-therapeutic antibiotics.
