T-Bone Steak
T-Bones are best served medium rare to medium (4 – 5 mins each side). Rest for at least 10 mins with foil over the top to allow for juices to settle back into the meat.
This steak will be a minimum of 450g each and come to you in a sealed bag with approximately 10 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator.
Our beef, from Australia's South-Eastern regions, has no added hormones or non-therapeutic antibiotics.
