Our free range butterflied chooks are marinated in your choice of two delicious flavours - Yakitori, a sweet Japanese BBQ sauce or Lemon Pepper.

Beautiful on the BBQ or baked in the oven - perfect for sharing! Your free range butterflied chicken will weigh a minimum of 1.3kg and come to you vacuum sealed with an approximate shelf life of 7 days. Bake for 45 minutes per kilo on 180C in the oven or BBQ 35 mins with the lid down.

They can be frozen for up to three months. Will serve four adults generously. Our chicken is certified free range and has no added hormones or non-therapeutic antibiotics.
