Festive Prosciutto Wrapped Chipolatas
A super easy festive recipe to add to your Christmas table!
Ingredients
- Free Range Chipolata Sausages
- Uncle's Smallgoods Free Range Prosciutto (one slice per sausage)
- Olive oil
- Worcestershire Sauce to serve (optional)
Method
- Wrap each chipolata sausages in one piece of free range Uncle's Smallgoods prosciutto.
- Lay out on a baking tray and drizzle with oil.
- Bake at 180C for around 20 mins or until cooked through.
- Serve with Worcestershire Sauce on the side and enjoy!
