Ora King Salmon is sustainably and responsibly farmed without the use of added hormones, non-therapeutic antibiotics or GMOs. These salmon steaks will come to you in a pack of 2 with approximately 2 days shelf life when kept in the fridge. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult.
